Nominations Requested for House Call Doctor of the Year

The time has come to solicit nominations for the annual AAHCP's Award for House Call Doctor of the Year. Presented to a outstanding practitioner at the Annual Meeting (May 15, 2003, in Baltimore, MD), the award is meant to honor those pioneering physicians who are bringing house calls back into the medical care mainstream.

The AAHCP will cover the Annual Meeting travel, hotel, and registration expenses for the winner, who will also be presented with a plaque.

Previous winning physicians are Ronald Primas, Tom Cornwell, Gresham Bayne, George Rosenthal, and Jon Salisbury.

Nominations are due March 1. Use the simple form below to submit your nomination (or include the requested information in a cover letter).
